Eligibility: Our services are exclusively for adults aged 18 years and above.

Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your account at our discretion.
4. Payment Terms
Fees: All coaching sessions and packages are subject to fees as detailed on our website. Prices may vary at the company's discretion.
Payment Method: Payments must be made in full before the start of any coaching session or program via bank transfer, credit or debit card, and Paypal.
Refund Policy: Coaching and Mentoring sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable, however, exceptional circumstances will be considered on a case by case basis, with a minimum of 30 days notice.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Client-Initiated Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 48 hours notice without incurring any fees. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be charged in full.
Company-Initiated Cancellations: If we need to cancel or reschedule a session, we will provide as much notice as possible, and you will not be charged for the session.

No Guarantees: Our coaching services are designed to support and empower you, but we do not guarantee specific results. Success depends on your personal effort and circumstances.
